Hello Friends,
I had created a custom workflow for the release of PR. Everything is working fine in Development. The problem arises when I transport the same to Quality. All my objects which includes workflows, tasks etc. are in a workbench request and event linkage is in a customizing request.
When I transport these to quality, I am getting only the workflows there in Quality. I can see the task names, but can't move into the tasks using forward navigation. Similarly agent assignments for these tasks are also not available in Quality.
Then from some posts in the forum I found the usage of RE_RHMOVE30 transaction. So I had then assigned all my tasks in the workflow to a new customizing request using this T.Code and transported to Quality. This also failed.
Why this happens? What is wrong ad how this problem can be solved? Please help me.
Thanks & Regards,
Abijith
Hi
Follow these steps
1. Create a Workbench request from SE09 and chnage the request type to Development and correction.
2. Double click the request ID and start adding in this way
R3TR PDTS TS<taskID>or only <taskid> (not sure about the third column) and click enter.
3. In this way enter all the standard task IDs that you want to transport. to other system.
4. Check for request consistency and for inactive objects and release and import to the other system, once you imort task ID then you need to move the agent assignment customizing request.
Now talking about agent assignment you are using the right transaction RE_RHMOVE30 is the correct one.

Hi,
You can try to re-import the same request number using overwrite originals, ignore predecessor settings options from the import options.
Hope this helps.

I would check the transport logs.

Tasks should be transported to quality without any tricks. Can you make small changes to the tasks (and then change them back) so that you will have new transport request that will include the tasks. Then transport it to quality and see if it works.
Also check the import history in quality. Maybe there were some errors during the transport. You tried to transport the workflow before the tasks, or something like that (wrong order of transports).
