In T-code- J1IFR we want to see the challan no status as closed. How it is possible. we can make the challan as complete.hOW IT IS MAKE AS CLOSED

Dear,

Pls correct me if I understood wrongly.

You are using J1IFR report and checking a challan status. And you found the challan status as "c- completed".

Now your doubt is, how this challan got completed, where its having some balance qty.

If this is your question, then the following are the possibilities.

1. Generally, we use J1IF13 transaction for closing/ complete any challan. If you use this transaction, first system will check the challan status. If the challan status is ( A or P ) then system will show you the option of " reverse". So anyone would have done this reversal by mistake.

2. Again with continuation to the first point, if the challan is reversed and the status will become as "R". Then if J1IF13 is executed for this challan, system will directly close the challan and the status will become "c-completed"

3. Otherwise, someone would have directly changed the status in the table.

Pls express your doubt in more detail with example, then it will be easy to give solutions.

Once the material is in the sub contracting is settled or reconcilled, then the status will be moved to closed status.
