Delivery list report with creation date

Hi Friends,

Can you please let me know which report can i use to see outbound delivery list with creation date. I checked report VL06F but it does not give the delivery creation date it gives planned date. Is there any report that can give the creation date also.

Please Try T code u201CVL06Ou201D there you click on u201COut bound Deliveriesu201D Icon to get the report with following fields (apart from Delivery Creation date) Sales order No, sales order date, sales order quantity, delivery quantity, , sold to party

description, type of order etc.

If you want all deliveries then just click on "ALL deliveries"

Thanks for your valueabel reply. But VL06O does not have the created on date. My requirement is as below:

My delivery created date is say 27.11.2011 and my actual GI date is 12.01.2012 the report should show me both the dates as

Created on - 27.11.2011

GI date - 12.01.2012

VL06O or VL06F does not show the created on date.

Please advice.

Hi Wasim,

Yes, defintely you can use VL06O to filter the delivery list report by creation date. The report is very comprehensive.

Steps:

1) Go to tcode VL06O.

2) Click on "List Outbound Deliveries"

3) Click on the icon "+" (All selections) on the top left hand corner just below the Menu (alternatively SHIFT + F7).

4) You will see Document Editing selection criteria appeared just below the Organizational Data. You can even filter by "Created by" if you desire.

5) In addition, all other Time Data filter criteria is also available (i.e. transportation planning date, loading date, delivery date, picking date, GI date etc.)

First, VL06O is a dashboard for the VL06 T-Code family, having no additional merit, nor reporting capabilities. Clicking on the Outbound Deliveries button takes the user to VL06F.

Second, yes, Creation Date is a valid and usable search parameter, however, Creation Date is not a displayable data field on the executed report; neither in Header View or Item View; nor in Normal List Type or Grid Control List Type.

This is what OP and myself are asking, is there a T-Code anywhere which displays the Delivery Creation Date?

If not, what would it take for SAP to correct this obvious oversight?
