Payroll India: Car and Conveyance

Hello,

I am trying to create the record in the car and conveyance infotype for an employee. When i try to select and save the option COCS: Employee Maintained Scheme i get and error message "Employee is not eligible for COCS Employee Maintained Scheme". Please let me know what configuration is missing.

Did u configured all the mandatory steps required for IT0583

U missed the assignment of Conveyance typed " 8 to the Allowance Grouping in table V_T7INC7 and also kindy check the modes u have under Payroll India --> Car and Conveyance and check the below modes

Define Vehicle Details

Define Conveyance Types

Define Amounts and Numbers for Car Schemes

Assign Type and Age of Car for Car Schemes

Assign Eligibility Criteria for Conveyance Allowance

Maintain Rate of Perquisite for COCS

Hi,

Check these tables configuration V_T7INC7, V_T7INC3, V_T7INC9. Eligibility for different conveyance codes and Any wage type need to update for different employee allowance groupings.
