Eventsender on remote SQL Server wont trigger my flow

Hi All,

Installation

SBO 8.82 PL0

SQL server: remote database server with an instance. The instance is connected to a specific port (1435), just for this instance. The connection is valid and tested in SLD and Eventsender setup.

SBO server & Integration server: 1 machine, different from the SQL server.

Eventsender: no proxy filled, no filters set.

Problem

I am having troubles with capturing B1 events from my SBO system. Connection is fine (inbound process works).

When i log b1 events, they do get captured in the log, but the don't trigger my flows.

Can anyone help me with this? Should I check some more settings?

Thanks,

Joeri

Hi all,

I got reply from SBO support:

1. In the Integration Framework > Maintenance > Cfg B1 Event Filter, check that Excluded B1 Systems, Excluded B1 Objects and Excluded B1 Tasks are left blank.

2. Reconfigure the EventSender. See SAP Note 1621563 (#Starting with SAP Business One 8.81 PL08 # ensures that the instance's name is applied wherever required#)

3. Also reconfigure the System Entry in the SLD to include the instance name as in SAP Note 1621563. Do not include the port number in SLD > [system entry] > b1Server.

4. Please also note that the server names must match exactly in the EventSender and the SDL (as in SAP Note 1297753).

Making sure that I used the instance correct and that the server was exactly the same in SLD and eventsender did the trick.

Grts,

Joeri

Hi,

please check in event Sender setup last step 5/5, please add the Object Id (Object number) in Include Object id.

C:\Program Files\Intergrate Event sender\Setup (last step)

Thanks
