ESI wrongly calculation on Actual Gross ( INESI, /112 , /113 & /3EA)

Dear Gurus,

ESI calculation :

/112 n /113

/3EA should be equal to /112, it is working perfectly for the EE's who are active.

IF EE absent in a month: ESI reducing accordingly

But EE resigned in mid of the month system is calculating on the actual Gross instead of Earned Gross.

Means /112 n /113 are as per the Earned values, but /3EA value showing as actual gross.

I Maintained PCL 20-8, 72-4 for the earned wage types. and checked IN72 also.

Where i did the mistake. awaiting for your reply's.

Actual Gross=6500 (30 days )

after resigned

Earned gross=3250 (15days )

/112 = 3250

/113 = 3250

/3EA= 6500

thanks in advance

    Hello

REgarding your query, please delimit the ESI record in IT0588 from the date of leaving.

Further the calculation for ESI appears to be correct in SAP As the ESI basis should not be prorated as per note 437875.

    Thanks and Kind Regards
