User system performance is very slow

Hi Experts

I am facing a lot of problem with the user systems as bcoz of their slow performance since one month.Server is working fine

without any issues .we are using another software (I bolt server) for internal transactions.currently we are using sap b1 2007 and PL 17 and

IBM server configuration

Os -- windows server 2003

database - sql server 2005

Ram - 8GB,and 32 bit

Addons -15( for four database)

please sort this issue and i will be grateful to all

Hi Jenny,

Your server's spec is not good enough to run all those add-ons.

It is purely lucky for you to run smoothly until last month. Once your databases exceed certain sizes, you will get performance issue from time to time. You may need to upgrade your hardware to copy with it.

Since when did it runs in good condition? How may users connected?

15 Add-on running add-on can consume your RAM very fast.

To check if you need RAM, goto Task Manager and check if the Committed and is higher than the available

RAM then you need to add more RAM, using 64bit in your server is also an advantage.
