User system performance is very slow

Hi Experts

I am facing a lot of problem with the user systems as bcoz of their slow performance since one month.Server is working fine

without any issues .we are using another software (I bolt server) for internal transactions.currently we are using sap b1 2007 and PL 17 and

IBM server configuration

Os -- windows server 2003

database - sql server 2005

Ram - 8GB,and 32 bit

Addons -15( for four database)

please sort this issue and i will be grateful to all
