Regarding RG23A Part 1 and Part 2 Upload

Dear CIN Experts.

Can anybody tell me STEP BY STEP procedure:

How to upload RG23A part 1 & RG23A Part 2.

Prerequisite:

Actually i know this step:

1) Upload the material through MB1C with 561 Movement Type.

2) Maintain Excise Master Data in J1ID Transaction ( Material Chapter id Combination, Input-Output Combination)

3) In J1I5 with Reference to That material Document, we have to Update RG23A Part 1.

I DID this Process, but when i am going to RUN J1I5 Transaction with reference to that Material Document i am not getting any line item for Simulating.

Can any Body Tell me What is Exact Process for RG23A Part1 and Part 2 Register Upload.
