how to generate quotas on jan 1st

Hi,

Actually the quota gets generated at the end of every month and on 31st Dec total no. of days will be updated.

If the requirement is to generate quotas on January 1st of every year, how it will be done?

For example: On Jan 1st itself cl -12, sl-12, pl-20 has to be generated. how come?
