bp email id are duplicating on its own


Hello All,

Vendors flow from ECC to crm . In crm Vendor are mapped as delear in crm. So using t code bp "organisation", when i check the dealers in crm i observe under the Address tab there is communication sub tab their is email row the email of vendor flows from ecc correctly.

Problem arises over a period of time , its observed these email id starts duplicating . email id will be seen two or three times one after the another.,

We have a few z reports for PMS and other activities which uses email ids of bp and send them mails. Should I ask the abaper to debug the reports?

Im working in crm 7.0 in crm service.

So what could be the problem in self duplication of email ids in crm.

Help would be appreciated.
