iPad 2 won't connect with B1ic

Hello all,

I'm currently running SAP B1 8.81 PL06, and I'm trying to run the version 1.4.0 of the business one application on my iPad 2. I understand that version 1.4.0 of the application requires a backend version of SAP B1 8.81 PL 09 for full functionality, but given that I'm on patch level 6, the older components should still work.

But I still receive an error, "Processing failed - internal server error; contact your system administrator" .

Then I found out that I needed to configure the VPN for my iPad to connect to the server. I did that, and now the application simply times out whenever I try to connect. Any ideas on what I should do next?

I'm currently using port 8080 to connect, and SSL is turned off (it's turned off in the backend as well), I'm thinking of turning it on and seeing what happens, but other then that I'm all out of ideas.

Any thoughts?
