Hi yashwanth,

If there is "NO Subsequent Delivery Free of Charge " you should take total quality as return.

In this case we will give Credit Memo to the Customer.

If "SDF" is there you can replace the return products with a new one.

In this case there is no Changes in accounting/billing document.

Hope this will helps you

Hi

It purely depends on the company policy. Usually the quantities sold under any special schemes will not be eligible for returns. In case of damages, the material can be replaced. In some cases, the replacements are also not allowed beyond a specified period.

Check with the business on the process to be followed for return of damaged goods.

Thanks,

Ravi

Hi yashwanth,

As per inventory and accounting 12 goods went out from your organization and cost of goods sell will update for 12 quantity,we may need to return 12 quantity as per your sales books of accounts, so manually change the price in return order and receive the goods to tally your tally your inventory and rise a credit memo based on return delivery to settle the accounts.
