Regarding Personnel Admin Actions

I have configured Hiring, Promotion, Transfer & Termination Action's according to client requirement...

In Infogroup's I have given User Group: OD and Infogroup Modifier: : Level 1 for all action's

In Infogroup modifier I have assigned all infotypes to Infogroup modfier: Level1

OH Level 1 All Infotypes required for Hiring

OT Level 1 All Infotypes required for Hiring

OM Level 1 All Infotypes required for Hiring

OP Level 1 All Infotypes required for Hiring

When I performed Hiring Action It was executed correctly as per configuration....

When I performed Org Assignment Action 0000 action is not changing Same infotype's are displaying as I have configured for Hiring Action... Is there any way I can do two or three action's at same time...

Please let me know....

I ran additional action report stiill iam not able to....

    Hi,

No, you can only have one set of Infogroup per Action.

    Thanks & Regards, Swapnil Mishra

No, you can't "run" 2 actions at the same time, but you can have 2 actions on the same day.

Sometimes, a user will create a first action, with all it's infotypes, and then if a second action is required on the same day only IT0000 and other infotypes where changes are needed will be saved (the infotypes that do not change don't need to be saved again).

What are your parameters for IT0302 ?
