physical sample-stability study quantity details

Dear QM Expert,s

For stability study where I will get the sample taken details ,

for 1 condition It will create 1 physical sample but it shows total sample qty i.e .10

but as per plan date I am taking ,

16.01.2003 2

15.02.2003 3

17.03.2003 1

16.04.2003 2

15.07.2003 1

How I would Input & get this details schedulewise
