Maintaining Deletion FLag for Production Order with zero confirmation

Hi All

Working with AFS 6.0

I am in the process of Archiving Production orders.

I can raise a deletion flag and deletion indicator for most of the Prod.Ords.

( I tried Archiving a sample of these and it worked without any issue. That is write, delete, and retrieval through SARA).

However I canu2019t raise a deletion flag (or deletion indicator) for about 10% of the Prod.Ords( aprox 100 000 Prod. Ords.).

These Prod. Ords. Have not been confirmed (no cnf) but have been Technically Completed (Teco)

The errors in C078 (or SARA) is:

1. No order corresponds to selection criteria

There are no COGI records

Residence time in OPJH is set to zero (0)

How can I raise a deletion flag and deletion indicator to proceed with the archiving activities.

Hi,

This might be related to the delivery date field. The selection happens according to the Interval of the delivery date

and it is executed in 2 steps:

1. First of all, all orders whose finish dates exceed the "Interval to the delivery date" are entered.

2. All selected orders which were not yet delivered or with adelivery date dating back less than "Interval to the delivery

date" days are deleted afterwards from selection. Consequently, only such orders which are delivered and for which both the planned order finish date and the delivery date dates back more than the "Interval to the delivery date" days are selected.

Have you already tried with a 0 value?

Another thing you may check is to set the deletion flag in transaction CO02 to see whether it works or not. It should give you

more details.

SAP note 540834 is useful for archiving issues.
