Hi All,
We are trying to forward workitems from one user to another in SRM portal.The workitems are being forwarded but are not being seen in the receipients Inbox.But as a admin these workitems are being seen in the receipients inbox.
Is this a issue regarding the roles of the receipient or any particular settings needs to be done.??
