Hi All,
We are trying to forward workitems from one user to another in SRM portal.The workitems are being forwarded but are not being seen in the receipients Inbox.But as a admin these workitems are being seen in the receipients inbox.
Is this a issue regarding the roles of the receipient or any particular settings needs to be done.??
Please do suggest..

Hello,
Are you using UWL or SBWP? If UWL, make sure the user clicks on Refresh.
Does the workitem appear in SWI5? If so, look in the workflow log to see who the agent is - it could be that the user is Excluded
(in which case there will be a big red X next to his name).
Also check in the workflow log if it really was forwarded.

What comes to my mind is that the recipients are not possible agents for the task. Open the task in PFTC. Go to Additional data -> Agent ssignment -> Maintain. There you can basically restrict that only users with certain roles can execute the task. Basically you should get an error when you forward the tasks, if the recipients are not possible agents, so I am not sure whether this is the reason for your problem.
Another options is a possible refreshing or authorisation problem in SRM? Are you using SRM worklist or what? Do the users have enough authorisations to use the worklist (can they see other tasks?). Have you done SU53 for the users or done authorisation trace to see if they are missing some authorisation?
