HR relationship in OM

Hello Gurus.

I want to integrate the SAP OM with the External System. that system understands only employies. that system require employee Details and Supervisor or that employee and HR attached to that Orgunit or that position.

got supervisor we can use function module for ledder. but how to find the HR person.

I have two option

first Create the custom relationship and the write the progta,

second. Create the Z table where I can maintain the Org unit and HR person name.

but these are Z solution. if I can do with Standerd SAP then it will help.

Please guide.

Hello Ankit,

We had the same kind of requirement we went for a custom field named as " HR Anchor"...

But convince your client using the standard field PA ADMIN.

Hi,

Use IT0001 for maintaining adminstrator ( you can map business as perosnnel adminstrator as HR). Better using SAP standard process only.
