PO Qty. automatically change

Hi,

When we are creating PO with 10.25 Qty, system automatically convert it into 10 Qty... This is showing in some cases only..

What should be the Issue...There is any setting in material master or some other else..

Please guide..

    There must be a rounding rule in material master or info record.

    Can you tell me the uom for that material.

    And check the info record in that you have maintain any rounding profile in general data

    Hi,

    The default SAP rounding technique is to truncate the decimal places in the PO quantity.

    However, we can over-ride this by re-entering the PO quantity with decimal place for the 2nd time. Now, system will accept the decimal portion without truncating.

    If you want system to accept such quantities during the initial entry itself, then you have to create a rounding profile using IMG tcode OWD1 and assign it to the material master (MRP1 view) or inforecord (Purch Org Data1 tab).
