Basicly for remote client copy, Support Package level should be same,
you stil lhave option to make comparsion test before, should be good practice before any remote client copy at all

Hi Vivek,
I have done client copy (export/import method) of user master from ERP6.0 to ERP6.0 EhP1 system without any issues. But never tried other profiles.
You can give a try on sandbox system.

In this particular case you have 2 system with different patch levels (That all the SR* means). That means that potentially the tables structure is slighly different, assuming thats the case the client copy will fail.
Why make things complicated?... simply patch your source system to the same level as the target and enjoy a trouble free client copy.
Also, is a good practice to keep your landscape consistent.

Hi Juan,
From my understanding the SR level is the release level of the installation disks. it does not tell us anything about any support Packages imported after installation. So it is possible to have 2 ECC6 systems (one installed from SR2 and one installed from SR3) with the same SP stack level. Am I wrong ?
The OP does not tell us if he has 2 different stack levels or not. If he has, of course, he should upgrade one system.

That is completely correct. OP has not given any indication that the SP level is consistent in between them and that the base of my response

No. Source and target systems should be exactly the same version.
