GR/GI slip number is not a mandatory field as it has been designed for some legal purposes in some countries. This field can be blank, manual entry or internal if the GR/GI slip number is activated. It has no relation with document number nor any dependency. F4 is to list the options avaialble for the field entry and for this field there is not data made available.
