Updating of Asset Explorer

Hi All,

I have just edited the amount of an asset through LSMW. However, when I view the asset through asset explorer (AW01N), the total amount of the asset did not change. For example, the asset was acquired last 2008 for 200,000 and its value was amended last 2010 to 400,000. In Asset Explorer (Comparison tab), it would show 200,000 for 2008 and 2009 then 400,000 for 2010 to 2011 but its net book value would still show 200,000 instead of the updated value of 400,000. Why is this so? Please explain. Thank you!
