Version and Variant field in Appropriation request is disable

HI all,

Hi i want to assign version 0 for the variant 1 in appropiation request for the current year means 2011 but there is nothing in the variant tab of the appropiation request in plan version tab and also it is grayed means not able to enter anything in this table...

In sand box it is working fine but in DEV testing its not working...

What i need to do .....

Hi Sukhveer,

You have to assign the cost versions to the appropriate IM program type in SPRO. Please ensure if correct setting have been maintained in IM -> Investment Programs -> Planning in Program -> Versions -> Assign Version to Approval Year or Program Type.

Also ensure that the Appropriation Request is using this program type.
