Enable Data bursting only when data is available

Dear Friends,

We are using BI7.00 with NW2004S. We use broadcasting by which reports are sent to the users via mail.

Mostly this function is used by the user to monitor the pending status of their critical documents like notification, Gate passes etc.,,

When this functionality is used, most of the reports for which data is not available are also sent to the users as mail with the information "No applicable data found".

This is quiet troublesome for the users as they have to open each and every mail to ascertain the presence of data.

Kindly provide any solution to achieve the functionality of sending mail only if data is available in the report and stop mails if there is no data.
