Add subtype

Dear Guru

We are in ECC 6.0 EHP4 we are implementing HR Payroll for India,

Can help me how to add Subtype in IT0015 = Additional Payments.

We have to add bank deduction of staff taken loan from bank..

Dear Sap er,

IMG Path : Personnel Management - Personnel Administration - Payroll Data - Additional Payments - Wage Types - Create wage type catalog u2013

*) Execute Copy (Radio button)

*) Copy a sap standard WT say M500.

*) Type your Customized WT name as required.

*) Fill the WT long text and Text.

*) First do a Test run and click Copy button.

*) If Error free, remove the Test run and execute copy button.

*) Press F3 (back button) twice.

*) Click on Completeness check radio button and give live run.

Message display as : u201CCompleteness check okay. All wage types in T512W.u201D

Confirmation of WT created :

*) Check wage type group 'Additional Payments'

*) Go to WT Catalog and Check Entry Permissibility for Additional Payments.

*) Check for the Start date and click u201COnceu201D or u201CSev. Timesu201D button based on your requirement.

*) Define Wage Type Permissibility for each PS and ESG and provide your permissibility based in ESG.

*) Goto u201CCheck wage type characteristicsu201D, select your WT and click on details.

*) In Amount tab, click on u201CDeduction WTu201D, since its bank loan recovery.

*) Fill in the required fields and save.

Go to PA30, fill the Personnel and IT 15 and check for the Sub type created in the Column.

WT created for loan deduction gets displayed.

What is Blank Deduction means, For IT0015 subtype will be wage type.We can copy wagetypes in T-Code:OH11 , there u select the Wagetype Group 0015 (OR) Go to SPRO --> Personnel Management --> Personnel Administration --> Payroll Data --> Additional Payments , execute this node and Copy the wagetypes from Standard wagetype and Create Custom Wagetype

First of all........ I am Madam Now plz enter the wagetype in table v_t512z under Infotype 0015 country grpng 40.

Can also help how we can know about each infotype table..so if we require any addition in other infotype then we will add the same through sm30 -

Same table with particular IT like for 0015 type 0015 in info type field.
