Why in MB1B for SC 541 there is no restriction w.r.t PO qty??
Hi Dear,
MB1B is the TP(Transfer Posting T-Code)when we are doing the Transfer Posting and again look in the MMBE, we will find that the system will show Stock Provided to Vendor, which meand that the Material still belongs to us, and we have issued them for some reason. And that Reason is to convert it into a final material, which we have maintained in the PO Line Item with Item Category L.
and when we are doing it w.r.t PO means there could be a track from the PO itself. and also as very well explained in the above thread about the Quantity of the in the TP can be changed.
Hope it helps you.
Regards,
Yawar Khan

hi,
mb1b is related to transfer posting and one thing in subcontracting processes we are given our rawmaterial to subcontractor for subcontracting purpose . it is not a sale in subcontracting processes we are creating the p.o for final product.
please first under stand the processes of subcontracting.
Thanking you.

In MB1B 541 Mvt if you select w.r.t. PO system will suggest the PO quantity, but if for some reason i need to send less or more quantity system should will not restrict neither it should restrict, coz its a very practical scenario decision is in user hands

What is "w.r.t" what does it stand for , could you explain your question specifically?
