Delivery Issue

Dear Experts.

There is a delivery document which only contains Plant ,storage location and batch.

There is no material ,no item category in the delivery document even the users are able to post goods issue for the same.

Now the requirement is to reverse the Goods issue, but we can't do that as there is no material in delivery.

Please suggest what can be done in this case.
