Errors during Production Order settlement

We are getting following these errors while trying to settle Production Order . One change that we have done on our systems was that we applied Enhancement pack 6.0. Has anyone seen this:

Message no. KE0C134 Diagnosis

"WWVKB" ("Sales Office") is a dependent characteristic for which the characteristic value can only be tested when it is in a combination with the values from higher-level characteristics. The value that has been entered cannot be checked because the characteristic values in the higher-level characteristics were not available.

Inconsistency between a document field and the prof. segment number

Message no. KE396 Diagnosis

A line item was assigned to a profitability segment (number 0000297810) which has the value for characteristic Company Code. The original document (FI document, sales order, internal order, etc.), however, contains xxxx in this field. It is therefore inconsistent with the profitability segment found.
