Union dues incorrect TCRT during Retro

Hi Team,

My issue is while processing year end that the union dues code does not put the additional union dues in the TCRT when the employee has a retro increase. The employee pays the dues but the TCRT does not reflect it, therefore the T4 does not pick up the correct value.

To summarize, Prior to running payroll for PP 7 2011, the EE received a pay increase from 14.87/hour to 15.10/hour. This pay increase was effective back to PP 1 2011. When this happened, the TCRT for WT was reduced. The CRT was not. I need to understand what caused the system to update the TCRT this way and how to solve this. The end result of this meant that the EE's T4 was understated for the year.

Since the increase (in hours) retroactively in 2011 was paid in 2011, the net should have been corrected in the pay of origin (01/2011) but the deductions should have been carried forward to the current pay (07/2011) through the DDNTK and ARRRS tables.

As for tables CRT and TCRT, both should be in sync, but because you mentioned that your problem was "while processing year end ", I must inquire if you were making Year-End Adjustments (IT0221) ?
