I am agree with this wise thinks which you said.But I am here after 2 days investigation and forums looking.I made my question and I am agree it was very unclear question.But it will be nice to have a clear procedure for imrovement of lock question (If the client want to improve the question).

You can't unlock questions; however, you can look at the advice and read the links provided by the moderator who locked your questions so that you can ask them in a way that shows that you understand your problem and have done some work trying to solve it before posting.

The forums are here to help those that are willing to help themselves.
