Problem with bex macro

Hello,

I'm working with sap bex 3.x, with excel 2010 on windows 7 x64. The release of my sap gui is 720 with patch 9.

When I try to open a query I get the followind mistake:

"Can not run the macro sapbex.xla! toolsStatus. The macro is not available in this book or that have been disabled all macros"

The first thing I did was to uninstall all sap and to install it again but the problem is the same.

Can anybody help me?
