ERR_WIS_30270 when browsing for more universes

Hi,

I have installed a new Win2003 - BO XI 3.1 server and imported the universes from my B0 6.5. It all looks fine but when i log on using Web Intelligence Rich Client and browse for more universes, I get after the loading bar:

An internal error occured while calling 'createDocument' API. ( Error: ERR_WIS_30270).

What does this mean ? And how to solve this ?

Hi,

Have you installed the latest service pack/patch? Normally they will correct this issue

I have installed 2 new BO XI 3.1 - SP3 servers. ON one of them i have this problem while on the other all runs fine ?

What now ?
