Starter Package SDK Restrictions

Sorry if this is a dumb question..

I have a client who's interested in the Business One Starter Pack. We have our own UI AddOn and some Vb.Net tools that use SAPBobsCom.dll outside of the client. Will our AddOn and DI Tools work with Starter Pack?
