B1 Upgrade from 8.8 PL19 to 8.81 PL07

Hello experts

Wanting to upgrade as above. Is an upgrade to 8.81 PL06 a prerequisite as indicated by the README or can I go directly to 8.81 PL 07 in a single step? Has anybody done this successfully before? Your earliest response would be much appreciated.

The process described is to upgrade to the latest "Upgrade" patch, then upgrade to the current patch from there.

I think is to PL 08 then to PL09

You can upgrade directly from 8.8 to latest patch of 8.81 PL09.

Dear Keith,

Yes, you can upgrade from 8.8 PL9 to 8.81 PL07 directly. If in the pre-upgrade check you see that some components are grayed out. You will need to upgrade to 8.81 PL04 (full installation version) first and then to 8.81 PL07.

Hi Keith,

If possible, you'd better upgrade to the latest 8.81. There are reported bugs for the PL you are trying.
