RWB (System error) recognization

Hi,

We have got system error in RWB for particualr Interface. Is there anything like if system error or any error comes in RWB for interfaces so that automatically we can notify as like alerts.

    Hi

    You can set alert mechanism for this interface and choose type of error to system or all and alert will be triggered

    Yes,

    You can create the alert for particular interface.

    Once you create the alert category you can create the rule for particular interface in RWB.

    Have you implemenetd alert mechanism in your project, most if the times we implemt alert mechanism to genarate automatic emails when interface failes at(AE/IE level).

    if ALERT Framework not implemented for your project then impement it and it covers system erros cases also.

    search in sdn you will find many document which discuss about ALERT MECHANISM.
