Storage type must Be Open type, relevant for MRP, not relevant for JIT call

Hi All

We have a Warehouse config requirement where Storage type must Be Open type, relevant for MRP, not relevant for JIT call.

Kindly tell me how to do this config.

Hi,

MRP doesnot consider stock at WM level. So having storage type relevant for MRP is ruled out.

What you can do is, exclude str location from MRP.

Open the material master in change mode by giving input of plant & str location( which one to be exclude).

In MRP4 view, select - Exclude str location from MRP run.

When MRp run, system will not consider this str location.

My requirement is that I nees to make the Storage Type relevant for MRP and the Storage Type should not be considered for JIT Call.
