OM_INTRO_TMC_PPOM appears in HRTMC_PPOS - what does it mean?

Dear SAP experts,

I have selected the transaction HRTMC_PPOS and I get the message which I donu2019t understand what it is asking. Has anyone followed the instruction and if so what does it do or purpose of this?

The text Iu2019m getting on the screen is as follows:

"Welcome!

Here you can save your own text, using transaction SE61

When doing that, use document class 'TX' (general texts)

Create the following document:

OM_INTRO_TMC_PPOM "

Thanks

Oliver

Thanks for your quick response.

Yes I get what you are saying.

The message does seem to go away and I have noticed it did come back but it seems random.

When you speak SAP did not finish off things I agree as I can not see where in SAP menu you have access to run the transactions of HRTMC_PPOM and HRTMC_PPOS.

For some reason the only way to run these is to directly type the transactions. Would this be your experience as well?

Thanks

Oliver

Yes, we also do not find the transaction in the SAP menu. I looked on our recent installation of IDES running EhP 5 and also it is not there. The direction from SAP seems to be for end users to use Nakisa Succession Planning.

These links might be of help, if you haven't seen them already:

This refers to the initial 'help' screen that you see, for example, when you run PPOME/PPOSE. It seems like the guys at SAP didn't finish the job for HRTMC_PPOS/HRTMC_PPOM. e.g. If you go to SE61 and select document class - general text, enter OM_INTRO_OME0 in the document name, and click display, you will see the initial text screen for PPOME/PPOSE. So if it's important to you, you can create a new document for OM_INTRO_TMC_PPOM (using a SAP package). However, after using the transcation (HRTMC_PPOS) for the first time, and displaying any object in the display panel, I don't think you see this screen again if you rerun the transaction.
