Professional Tax -Tamil Nadu

Hi ,

Professional Tax deduction period on January and August for Tamil Nadu .I have problem with termination employee.

If we terminate the employee on September to December and February to July -- Ptax is not deducting .

If I terminate on august and January -- Ptax is deducting .

present process client :

If employee left on December , Based on slabs he is deducting the Ptax .In January client is deducting PTAX for all employees .

Terminated employee PTAX and existing employees PTAX is paying to the Government .

What is the PTAX process in SAP for Tamil Nadu.

How to resolve this issue .Please do need full .....
