Issue in inbound queue - Lock issue happening intermittently

Hi Experts,

I am facing an issue in my Inbound queues.

When ever there is large volume of data in the inbound queue(EOIO queue) , the FM SXMS_ASYNC_EXEC throws an error intermittently.

The error mesasge says that the "Object requested is currently locked by user ZXI" . ZXI is our XI user which is responsible for all the XI activities.

And once this error gets thrown, the entire queue gets blocked. If we manually execute the errornous queue again, it works fine the second time with no errors.

I have no clue as to why is this happening since the FM debugging also doesnt help much as it is very difficult to replicate the issue since we cant predict the occurance of the issue.

If anybody has faced a similar problem before,request you to please guide me.
