Error in Time Evaluation

When i ran Time Evaluation with schema TQTA(Generate absence quotas) for an employee this is the error message i got

"No entry in table T549Q for key 01 at 20111101

person rejected: 00000014"

Can anyone tell me the reason for this error and also how to fix the problem.
