dear Gurus,

i need inputs on generating quotas for employees in USA.

Newly Hired Emp

1. New employees hired between Jan 1 & June 30 are eligible for 1 week of paid vacation after completing 6 months of service. new employees will be eligible for 2 weeks of paid vacation the following year effective on their anniversary date

2. New employees hired between July 1 & Dec 31 are eligible for 2 weeks of paid vacation after completing 1 year of service. However, these employees may use one of these 2 weeks after completing 6 months of service.

3. After an employee completes 12 months of service from his hire date, he is eligible for 2 weeks of paid vacation on Jan 1st, following his 1 year anniversary

can this be handled through standard R/3 config or rules or some z program?

inputs appreciated.

Hi,

You can do it via both - standard using the report - RPTQTA00 and for this you have to configure T559L table.

You can also do creating a custom report.

Hi,

You have to customize the V_T559L table to achieve the said requirement.

In the view, for the node Base entitlement - there are options to provide the absence quoats based on years, seniority and also 'to related dates' where you can use the date types from the date specification infotype.

Once done, you have to select the selection rule and there based on the above requirements define the accrual period, transfer time and applicability.

Explore a little and le me know if you face further issues.

Thanks & Regards, SWapnil Mishra
