Hi Gurus.I have one prob.please solve this
I have noticed that the transactions CS11 and CS12 (and possibly some
other transactions) appear to round up the quantity for each material to
the next largest whole number. This can cause some problems when trying
to capture costs. There are times in BOMs that the quantity is a small
fraction, but will show up in the explosion as a whole number. Please tell me why SAP is behaving
like this? And if so, what is the business reason to round up the
quantities used? We would rather see the quantities reflected as the
actual quantity loaded in the BOM to eliminate the possibility of
improperly costing a material.
Dear
Use T-code CSMB Click on the settings for explosion display there u have CostingRelevncy select from drop down list and save then click on the start material browser

Hi,
Check two main things:
1. Check if any rounding profile is maintained
2. Is the unit of measure in material is same as in BOM. If not then check the conversion factor and maintain it properly.
Hope it will help you.

Hi Basi,
Well i been gone through your conversation with others by the way:
Did you check with the Rounding value in MRP views?
Did you check in Additional data the unit of measurement?
Did you check with Unit of Issue in work scheduling view?
Did you check with BOM item level conversion factors?
Please check and make sure they are OK.
Try it and please pop me back with issue OK.
