Diagonostic Agent Installation Error

Dear All,

As i have already installed SOLMAN 7.1 along with Diagonostic Agent in windows server 2008 R2 SP1.

But as i was unable to register the Diag. Agent so i have uninstalled the Diag. Agent.

As i have started reinstallation of Diag Agent through SAPINST, i am getting error as:

Make sure that the English language pack is installed on your operating system so that your support requests can be handled quickly. (Updated 2010-09-15)

As i have already Installed Language Pack at the time of Solman 7.1 Installation.

Kindly help me for the same.

You can ignore this error and continue with the installation.

Dear Ajitabh,

This message is only a warning which you may ignore. That means you may answer the dialog of the check with 'cancel' and continue the installation.

Regarding this warning:

Check Note #855498: Installation Prerequisite Checker. Make sure you have the latest prerequisite checker. Also please refer to the note 362379.
