Selecting REGION according to given COUNTRY

Hi Gurus,

Hi have a requirement that in search help if you select COUNTRY as 'US' in the REGION field search help US related regions should be displayed....

Hi,

Please redefine get_v_xxxx method for region. Fetch value of country in this method and based on country value filter your result records in returning parameter of get_v_method.

Standard SAP supports this feature, please check behavior of region search help in BP_ADDR/StandardAddress/Context node STANDARDADDRESS/ Attribute STRUCT.REGION .

Thanks for the reply.

I followed the steps suggested by you.

After creating the comonent while testing, the fields COUNTRY and REGION is graded out and not in editable mode.
