Reduce order quantity smaller than delivered quantity

Hi expert, when user reduce an order quantity which below than delivered quantity, will raised a warning message, i don't want the message is warning, actually, we not allow user to do that, can I change the message to error or add something to userexit prevent the change. Thanks!

    Hi,

    this can be controlled through standard SAP,go to your material master,there select sales org 1 tab there in that maintain

    minimum order quantity for Ex:10 save the material master.Now come to T.code OVAH there change the massage V4 082

    status from W to E and save,finally try to create the sale order for Ex: with 5 qty system will not allow to save the document

    because the message turned to error.

    HI

    Goto Transaction code "OVLP" and select your required item category and click on details. In the change view detail screen goto "Quantity Section" there you select "No Dialog" for check minimum qty. I think this will solve your issue.

    Hi

    1) Go to T.code OVAH

    2) select Application Area: V4

    3) select Message :083

    4) Change the System message category : from W to E

    5) and save.

    Then try to reduce the Order Qty below than the Delivery qty now system will not allow to save the document,

    because the message turned to error.
