RHINTE30 is showing up a wrong job code in IT0001

Hi All,

Issue u2013 RHINTE30 is showing up a job code in IT0001 which is not even maintained at position level ever .

We have situation where RHINTE30 keep on updating IT0001 with a Job code, which is not even associated with the position ever. We have checked all HRP1000 and HRP1001 entries associated with that position but the Job code showing in IT0001 was never ever associated with that position.

So not sure how RHINTE30 picking up wrong job code.

Dear Saurabh,

I would recommend you to delete this record in IT0001 with the incorrect job code, check if there are no user-exits activated (for eg. ZXPADU01 and ZXPADU02) that defaults values in IT0001. Then re-run report RHINTE30.

Thank you for your reply.

I have checked in the system for user exits ZXPADU01 and ZXPADU02 but there is no defaulting happening for IT0001.

Also, I can not delete the created record coz the issue is occurring in Production system.

Please let me know is there anything that I am missing to check ??

I am trying to replicate it other system but not able to replicate completely.
