Printing oriantation is wrong in SAP

Hi Experts,

when i print my crystal report outside sap it prints fine and when i print it in sap the page orintation goes wrong i.e it reveres. My Page option is USStdfanfold.My patch level is SAP B1 8.81 PL 06. Please advice me.

Hello Rahul,

Check System printer setting and do one thing check another print for same if you get same then upgrade SAP patch .

The default printer setting from control panel is to be checked. Check wheather that printer supports your assigned paper size i.e. USStdfanfold

i already set page setup in sap and after i say ok its automatic convert the all margins to 1.

Aside from changing settings in page setup in SAP, try also the printer setting located in your Control Panel not

in SAP.
