UWL is not working for certain user

Hi,

UWL is not loading and its executing for long time and timeout error is coming for certain user in portal.

All these users are approver for employees. I have incresed Time Value for UWL configuration from 30 sec to 120 Sec, But still its is showing same error.

SSO is working fine.
