Transaction only for password resetting

Do you know if there is a transaction only for resetting the password of a user?

SU3--> Select "Password" Or Press "F6" to chane password.

good, but you can only change your own password. Is there a transaction for changing the password of a 3dr. party user?

Then you require "BASIS" Authorization by using SU01. Frankly speaking BW Consultant or any BW User should not require thease rights as BASIS Administration is not our job. It's complete resposibility of "BASIS" only.

I am not looking for SU01 as transaction code - you can also assign roles and profilles via SU01.

I am looking for a more limited transaction code, only allowing to reset the password of a user.
