Reason for rejecting the purchase requisition?

Hi Experts,

Currently when the user rejects the requisition he canu2019t put the reason for rejection.

Is it possible to activate the pop-up window so that the user can type the reason for rejecting the purchase requisition?

The request is based on Workflow release scenario whereby the approver can add a reason for rejection a requisition. We were wondering if it is possible to add a text box or pop up window for typing the reason.

In the workflow during rejecting the reason can be updated through document creation. Tcode SBWP

Hi,

You can use exit MEREQ001 to create a field to enter reason (thru screen exit available in this exit) for rejection and append a field in EABN table to store that.
