MRP+submit orders automatically

Hello experts

I am going to use the MRP for my warehouses.

as far as i know, the recommended results are not aytomatically submitted in the system for production or purchase orders but they are for later use.

is there any way to make the orders automatically according to the MRP results?

Hi Fasolis......

After Runing MRP Wizard you need to only run recommendation Report where you have to decide whether which order to be executed and which not.

SAP gives you teh automatic Recommendation but you have to judge which one to be added and this should always be manual.......

i found the way

when i go to the order recommendations report and selects the saved scenario,i can see the recommendations.while clicking on the checkboxes, i can make the purchase orders for example but when i try to make an new one the system does not allow me and pops up a message that i have to define the document series under Administration module.

could you please tell me how can i define the default series for the documents?(purchase of order) and if it is possible to make somehow the orders by BPs instead of itemcode?

Hi Fasolis......

When you go to the Order Recommendation report from where you execute the recommended orders there you may go to Form Setting where in General tab you can find the Numbering series Option means under which series you want to execute the Orders automatically............
